2. Description of Service

Contrail is a flight tracking application that allows users to log flights, calculate distances traveled, and view travel statistics. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Accounts

• You need an account (with email and password, or Sign in with Google) to use Contrail, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when using the service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Contrail offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 flights with basic statistics.
• Premium Plan: Unlimited flights, travel map, and advanced insights.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Contrail name, logo, and all related content are the property of the service owner. You retain ownership of any flight data you enter into the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Contrail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of distance calculations or flight statistics. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Contrail at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
